PARENTS: Be aware that the construction at South Beach is on-going and could be dangerous. Remind your children that drivers in trucks or other equipment may not be able to see small children from their high perches. Avoid the area entirely during the construction or be extra cautious when going to South Beach. Parking there during construction is limited to beach goers.

Welcome to Loch Lomond !

One of the many reasons why we're the BEST kept secret in Mundelein.

Loch Lomond is a 75-acre, man-made, shallow, lake constructed in 1955 by damming the southern branch of Bull Creek as part of the development of the 600-home Loch Lomond subdivision in Mundelein, Illinois. It is the first of a series of lakes that drain into the Upper Des Plaines River. The lake is owned and maintained by the Loch Lomond Property Owners Association (LLPOA) and is used for aesthetic and recreational purposes – swimming, fishing, canoeing, paddle boating, kayaking and sailing.

This video is from our 2014 Loch Fest which is held every August for the residents of Loch Lomond and their friends & families.
